Giving money to Missionfish & they should then give it to.........

I have been giving 2 charities money from my auctions for several yeats now. This month I asked the people at missionfish why are my donations not recorded on the Global giving site since both charities are not only hosted by Global giving they were also started by them. When people give to Globalgiving their donation is recorded. Since everything is digital these days that is not a problem. What worries me is that Ryanne from Missionfish told me "I don't know why you’d assume donations made through our site would also be on their site" All I want to know if the money they have been collecting is going to the correct charities. I have been reading up on this on the paypal board where they make excuses for missionfish by saying people don't follow through with their donations. However I an starting to question all of this.

After 4 years of donating I have charges to a credit card that is not linked in any way to EBay. No one has answers, eBay, PayPal, or the third party "Donation Center". It’s crazy how you can list all your products with a donation, but can’t remove the donation at any time. I can change the price, listing information, shipping information, etc... but can't click on the "No Donation button". Let's be honest, we as sellers’ contribute hundreds of thousands of dollars to this company called "eBay Giving", yet they have NO phone number or address, and can only be contacted by email?!? That's a red flag to me.. No I'm questioning where is my donations going based on this... I've worked so hard to build my eBay business, and now have to continue donating, or delete my listings and relist. Sounds like a gym membership if you ask me, once they got you, you can't leave. I spent 6 hours on the phone with eBay, transferred to papal, transferred back to eBay, and no one had answers or could help. They all said you can delete your listings, and relist. That's losing all my years of hard work. They stated, you can email the donation center, as that’s the only way to speak to them. What company that collects hundreds of thousands of dollars from eBay sellers is only available using email, with NO address or phone number. I think they need an investigation, and we need them removed from our listings, without having to relist. This is so unfair! I think it's time for an Investigation!!
