Let me clarify a few things for you. Although we encourage it, we do not require nonprofits to thank donors who give through our program. That is completely up to the nonprofit. If you choose to share it, your
contact information does appear in the nonprofit’s MissionFish account. This gives the nonprofit the ability to thank any seller who lists an item to benefit them through eBay Giving Works. Therefore, although you did not receive a thank you from the nonprofit, any donation paid to us would have been delivered to the nonprofit according to our
donation delivery schedule.
Additionally, you can manage your chosen method of payment in your Donation Account located in My eBay. Once in your Donation Account, click “Donation Payment Method”. There you can select the method of payment you would like us to charge. Keep in mind, you always have the option to sign in to your Donation Account and pay any donations actively. We will automatically charge you if you’ve not signed in and paid actively by 4th Monday after your listing closed.
