In all items listed through our program, buyers will be able to see the eBay Giving Works ribbon and the Giving Bar (this refers to nonprofit’s logo and mission statement that appear about the item description in your listing). Those two features will let your buyers know a percentage of the proceeds are benefiting a charity. The ribbon and giving bar really help your listing stand out, and they automatically appear whenever you list an item through our program. Since these two features only appear in listing that you select the option to donate a percentage of your sale, the buyers may not readily know you give if you list other items outside of our program. If you are interested in lettering more people know, you may want to look into adding information on your About Me page

You are able to obtain your tax receipt in your Donation Account on eBay. This account can be located in My eBay when you click on the Accounts tab. Once in your account, you can locate your tax receipt in the Donation History portion. Please note, the receipt will only be available once we’ve paid your donation to the nonprofit.
