Seller setting up fake Giving Works listings

Hi. I'm usually over on the Feedback Board, but a thread there has brought me here with a question.

A buyer has posted a thread about some problems she's having with a seller.

http://forums.ebay.com/db2/topic/Feedback/Angered-Seller-Feeling/5200093739?#msg5201307052

In looking at the seller's listings, I see that many are set up as Giving Works listings, but many are not.  Of those that are not, I'm seeing listings that have inserted images from the Giving Works pages, and there is even an image that at first glance, due to its size, looks as if it might be some letter certifying the seller's authority to collect for the charity but when you click on it is just a letter from the charity thanking her and her husband for donations made to the charity from eBay sales.

Prospective buyers looking at this listings are misled (IMO) into thinking that these are real Giving Works listings and that their money is going to the charity when there's no guarantee at all that this is happening.

I would like to report the seller for these listings, rather than have to report each and every listing. Is there a way to do that?  Or do I just need to slog through the listings one at a time?

Hi city*satins,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Do you mind writing into MissionFish through the link here? We'll be able to help repoort this seller once we hear from you with more information.

If you want to see the truth, follow your own link to the other discussion and read # 69 of 94.

It appears the buyer needs a little assistance as to how ebay works.

I have also read all of this sellers listings and the only listings she has for Mission Fish are indeed Mission Fish listings.

I would check my facts before stating things that aren't true. That's just my opinion.

The fact that was pointed out to you three weeks ago is still true.

Post #69 was discussing the feedback of another poster and has nothing to do with this buyer.

Checking facts before stating things that aren't true is good advice for all of us.
