Using shipping funds from charity auction to pay for shipping

Hello,

It seems that the funds paid by the winning bidder for shipping in the eBay Giving Works auctions are also being sent to the NPO of my choice, rather than being left behind in Paypal for me to use.

How do I use the stated shipping funds paid by the buyer to mail the item, without using funds from my personal account?

Can I do this without first having to wait the 21 days for a "clean" transaction or waiting for the bidder to leave positive feedback?

Thank you
