I sold an item and decided to give 10% to Parkinsons research (Michael J Fox institute), the money was not taken out (yet), got a message on my eBay that they will be taken out on Dec 26th (listed as "waived"). What do I have to do so that they will just be taken out at checkout time? i thought they would have just taken them out automatically at checkout when you agree to give when the auction is posted.
