Expect to find an email explaining the full details shortly, if you have not yet received it. You will need to complete the registration form, integrate eBay Daily Deal creative on your site(s), and start generating eBay Daily Deal sales to be eligible to win. Click here to Enter now. Here are the official rules. Get eBay Daily Deal banners and product feed. Here's a quick overview on how this will work: You’ll want to complete the entry form and place eBay Daily Deal ads on your site as soon as possible. That will get you entered in the program, but to be eligible to win one of the nine $1,000 Weekly Bonus Prizes you’ll also need to generate at least one eBay Daily Deal sale during the week of the drawing. So, to be entered and eligible for the first week drawing you’ll need to register and generate at least one eBay Daily Deal sale by 6/7/09. You will only need to register and generate at least one Daily Deal sale between 6/1 and 7/31 to be eligible for the $10,000 Grand Prize. However, the weekly drawings require that at least one Daily Deal sale is made in that particular week’s time range. Sales made in previous weeks will not carry over. About the $1,000 Design Contest The Design Contest will award a $1,000 Bonus to 1 (one) publisher who creates the best all around eBay Daily Deal experience on their site. The criteria we’ll use to judge will be: 1. URL name (eBay TM is not allowed in the domain) 2. Creativeness of Daily Deal integration 3. Overall brand messaging The ePN team will select the top 3 Finalists to be voted on by the eBay Partner Network Discussion Board Community to determine the winner. To be part of the community voting please visit this thread and leave a reply to vote on your favorite design between August 5th and August 14th. We are looking forward to seeing this eBay Daily Deal Bonus Program start bringing the heat this Summer to the already hot eBay Daily Deals! Good Luck! The eBay Partner Network Team

Hi.
I'm pretty new to this board... I only signed up with EBay in April of 2008 as they left Old Commission Junction... since then I haven't done much with EBay... but this new Deal Of The Day is just what I needed and think that it looks pretty good so far.
I hope I sell something soon!
Hi! Thanks For Reading.

Certainly a loose nut there, but where did the week 2 winner post go? And when are we going to hear about week 3?
Seems eBay has cast their attention elsewhere, or are the announcements coming a day later with each passing week?
I'm confused, does eBay routinely modify the entries here? Obviously I'm new around these parts and just trying to understand what's going on... eBay....wow.

Seriously? eBay is in the habit of moving previous entries to another part of the forum?!?!?! I see only one post to get the results, are you saying there is another post?
I would expect to see them here, but then, I don't even see the entries I put here, they moved those too?
Umm...ok...so where is the entry for this weeks winner? I'm completely lost, but if the sand is shifting under your feet, then I guess confusion is intended?
Is there some battle going on here that I'm not aware of? lol eBay....wow.

But ... you can't do it on eBay either
Takes 5 minutes with a feed. Find a seller feed on Amazon for me will ya? Even free eCommerce packages out of the box give seller feeds.
"a-Stores" were originally designed for Store Sellers, so I am thinking there is a way to put a Store on it.
Nope, not for one seller.
That alone makes eBay a second-class Affiliate site and puts Amazon way ahead in providing tools to its Affiliates.
Well you got a funny way of looking at things. I wish eBay would stop showing all BINs, not just store ones. I work hard to remove all the ridiculously priced stuff which is what most BINs are.
The fact that Amazon doesn't let you showcase a seller is flat out retarded. I've been told by an Amazon rep and the fine folks over at Associate-O-Matic that it can't even be done using the API. Stupid.
I have a half dozen directory sites that showcase sellers items right there in thier directory listings. I can do eBay, eCrater, BuyItSellit, OLA, Blujay, Bonanzle, Etsy, eBid and the list goes on, there's dozens of them. But the big river.... nope, stuck in the 90's.

And, BTW, Amazon does not hide any products from potential customers like eBay does. That alone makes eBay a second-class Affiliate site and puts Amazon way ahead in providing tools to its Affiliates.

Site Strip is not just a link ... it is a link that allows you to link any page to your website. So, yes, you could put, for example, the Storefront page for a specific seller on your website ... or any other page they have. Anytime a customer clicks to the Storefront, they would automatically see any new or changed items. "a-Stores" were originally designed for Store Sellers, so I am thinking there is a way to put a Store on it. I've never explored the use of it in the manner you are describing, so I will concede it may not be possible. But ... you can't do it on eBay either ... unless you are talking about the API ... which you can use on Amazon, too. I've tried and it's the same as above with Amazon ... I can get them to the Frontpage but they have to go from there on their own.

aStore don't do sellers (I'm not going to check a seller every day and delete and add items, that's absurd) and there's no content for your site.... Site Strip is a link, I don't want a link, I want items from a specific seller displayed on my site. Don't think you can do it.

Can you tell me how to feature one specific Amazon sellers listings? You don't use Amazon much, do you? Real quick, off the top of my head, you can set up an "a-Store" and only put in the listings you want. That's the easiest way. I have customer-specific a-Stores for certain of my visitors because they've told me what they like and what they will order through my website from Amazon. In one case, I have a single page (with an a-Store embedded) dedicated to a certain vistor because they want to know only about certain products and where they are available, even if it's not from Amazon. Or you can use the Associates Site Strip to link to any page on Amazon. The wealth of tools available on Amazon makes eBay look like a second-class Associate site. Shoot ... eBay still does not show Stores in the Editor Kit's search So, yeah, eBay is still way behind the curve on Affiliate tools ... most definitely.
