Earnings Zero for 2 months now & support not replying to emails
Jun 9, 2012 12:37 PM

Sorry eBay and ePN support but I've lost count of how many times I've used the support form and got no answer, and how many times I've tried emailing direct without reply.

On 26 April, my daily earnings dropped to zero and have stayed there ever since.  My click throughs remain as they ever were, and purchases and bids are being done by that traffic, but my earnings are zero now for nearly 7 weeks.

Please can someone contact me to discuss this, and to rectify it.  What is going on?  I've checked my sites for compliance, malware etc. and can find nothing wrong with them.

This is crippling me so please don't just ignore this post the way so many emails and support requests have been ignored.

Thanks

Has you click count gone up but not your WBR?

What is your WBR/#clicks?

If it's less than .01 then that's a good indication why you are not making anything.

Just an FYI. You're links to your site with eBay auctions that are roverized from your About Me page is a no-no

Pawnshopnet - many thanks for your reply

Those links on my aboutme page have been there since I promoted eBay through Commission Junction Lord knows how many years ago - they haven't changed in all that time, and have never been commented on by eBay or ePN despite several microscopic inspections of my account over the years by eBay staff.

It's funny though - on the day I started this thread, earnings began trickling back through, and are now heading back to normal levels, but nary a word via any method from eBay or ePN.

Hmmm?
