Thanks for the info Mark, my plans are changing and I may need a room close to the Rio on tuesday night. My roomie, Marie, fractured her foot and can't make it to Vegas now. I was driving in, but now I think I'll fly, I can get RT through Allegiant for under $100

Hiya Folks... I had to go out of town yesterday so was not able to post.

I agree with Anita regarding the Gift Exchange.... If the Gift Bags are being collected "at the door" upon arrival, then we should be able to start the actual Exchange process by 7:30 or 8:00. My preference would be 8 p.m. for the Gift Bag Exchange...

Even if a few people arrive a little late with their Gift Bag, I'm sure we (Anita? *smile*) can figure out a way to work it in to the mix.
Anita, since you've got "ownership" of this activity, just let us know what time between 7 and 9 p.m, you think is going to be the best to begin handing them back out and we'll go with that!

Forgive me - I can't remember who asked this question, but I've wondered this too for a few days now so I'm gonna ask it again:

WHEN is the "eBay Costume Contest" going to BE - it's not on the agenda of the Radio Party - just when the results will be announced. I might consider participating in this kind of fun if it's for a specific time - but if I've got to wonder around Vegas (or the Rio) all day in "full far-out eBay attire" it will (at least) limit what I'd be willing to wear. (Airline travel alone is already a factor - what to bring... what CAN I bring, what do I have ROOM in my bag to bring etc.)


ALSO - eBetsy... I think adding any information about this thread and the Meet & Greet to any correspondence etc. going out would be a very good idea! (Thanks)

Hello everyone...

I'm super excited about meeting everyone and about being back to Vegas, it's been at least 4 years. My husband and I are driving in on Tue, 23rd from San Diego and staying through Saturday, 27th.

I'll for sure be there for the meet & greet. Still trying to come up with something for the gift bag exchange.

Hey Mark, Yep, that's me, I thought you looked familiar.... My cousin Jenni lived over by you. Her family is still there but she died last August after a lengthy fight with cancer.

I fly Allegiant often so I know their tricks. In fact, they are just 5 miles from my house so I go there to buy the tickets so I don't have to pay the $13.50 online booking fee.
