Hi,

 

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I had a bad purchase and never received my item back after sending it back due to not working. I paid postage and the seller put me off and told me to wait to they received it back and was only trying to get past the time Ebay allots for complaining about a seller.  The seller was Cover. City and will not even answer my messages. Why does Ebay not do anything about sellers like this?
