Ebay ToGo widget crash

The widgets I'm using have crashed, and I'm unable to create new ones. Error: "Probably a malformed api call."

EBay, when will this be fixed?

I was just about to add this widget to my site. Had been working great for two days on my test site. Now it states: "There is a problem finding any items for that seller."

We have several items for bid under our seller ID right now.

eBay: any kind of ETA on when this will be fixed?

Mine just started doing this as well. I thought I'd find an answer on this forum but all I came across is other people with problems and a lot of talk about non-existent customer service from Ebay. Has anyone figured this out?

This thing has been in BETA for over 2 years now

there should be a law that BETA is only for a year or less, jesus.

Same problem here. The Ebay to Go widgets have problably gone to the same place where the Ebay blogs are going 10/31. Whatever happened to customer service on Ebay?
Ebay please fix the Ebay to Go widgets.

I just went to try and start from scratch to see if i could get it to work and even some of their own examples are getting the api error message!

Yeah this is crazy. I have these things all over my blogs and on my about me page. Looks kinda silly when you have a big box that has nothing in it.

On the other topic, no I doubt anyone at Ebay reads this stuff...very sad! I hope it gets fixed ASAP

It doesn't make much sense for Ebay to have even created these forums if they don't even bother to look at them from time to time. Even if they came on here from once in awhile to let us know they're aware of the problem and they're working on it would go a long way. In the meantime I've removed Ebay ToGo from my site completely. I also had clients that wanted me to put it on their sites but those plans have been canceled. I'll check back in a few months to see if they've gotten anywhere with it. Good luck everyone!
