what is ebay's customer service number?

Why is this so difficult?

WHY - did I list auctions and 12 hours later one item still does not show up? That is ridiculous. The similar items already each have 5 watchers. This is going to lose me money.

SO - I cancelled the original aution and reposted it. 3 hours later, it still does not show up. I don't get it.

The number you gave is now not working in less than two weeks from it's posting. I have about 5 numbers all of which either disconnect you after a canned message or repeat and endless loop of the same thing with no way to reach customer service(CS). At one point I got through to a human after playing a few games and once the person realized that I was trying to reach CS, they lied and said I had the wrong number and they were not part of ebay. This was of course after their own internal phone system switched me to this persons extension.

I find it amazing that a multi billion dollar enterprise such as ebay shuffles numbers and gives out canned messages on others all in an effort to frustrate members into giving up on trying to reach a human being.

i found a number on here once.. and i cant find it now. i got through to an actual person. i got disconnected several times when trying to file a dispute. and now, all i get are recordings. so frustrating!

even when u call either number u get a foreigner not inside us-and the fact that they changed fb rules infuriates me-as a seller u are held to buyers neg fb and not allowed in any way to retaliate and they have bought out all other auction sites as well-if there was another comparable site i would instantly cancel my registration!!!

I tried to buy an item on ebay using paypal.You said my credit card was expired.You were wrong[expires 2011] Please let me pay the seller.

hello everyone you can easily call cusomter service alll you need to do is go into help option on ebay then click on link that says contact us. Then type in the question box live help you will see a tab to the right that will say call us so click there and you will have a temporary code you will need to enter when you call. I hope you all get what you need taken care of happy bidding and selling.
