Dear members,

 

while writing this I am still in shock. I became a member just month ago and wanted to sell my really expencive bag through ebay. As I was new you can just guess what happened...

After my auction (bag was not bidded) I got on my personal email such a perfect offer. Everything is so good adulterate that I could not even suspect what will happened. Actually, I was pleased to send package and I supposed to receive money between 24-48 hours.My biggest mistake was that in that mail they send me email false email for customer support and I was communicate with them all the time in order what to do.

 

Please,

if someone could help me and tell me what to do!!! I have the address wher I send that item!!!

 

I really need advise what to do!!!!

In order to have Seller Protection from Ebay,  you must sell your items WITHIN Ebay.  You cannot sell outside Ebay--and have any protection at all!X-(

 

If you get an email like that again---just delete it.

 

I am sorry that you got scammed.  You must be very careful when buying or selling on the internet. Do not transact business with strangers.:_|

best to not list anything till you've read all the help pages and user agreement / tos.

 

you gave the item away, ebay isn't involved

NEVER ship item until you have been paid


Delivery Confirmation is now called "Tracking" BUT seems to still be Delivery Confirmation Copy & Paste from USPS site >> If you shipped with Express Mail®, you’ll get point-by-point tracking details. If you used another service—USPS Tracking™, Certified Mail™, Registered Mail™ —you’ll see when it went out for delivery.

NEVER ship anything till you receive the founds. Do you know of any online stores that ship before they are paind? I am sorry to hear about this.
