None, absolutely nobody gives you full coverage. Every single ship insurance service are a fraud.  They will take your money and when you file a claim they will make you jump through hoops only to find a ridiculous clause to deny your claim.  I've used virtually every online shipping insurance service and denied from each and every time on legit losses.

The best suggestion is ship with FEDEX Int Priority, it cost a lot but the item will never get lost and if the item is refused they will send it back to you and won't get lost.

Better yet, don't sell internationally unless those sales make up a LARGE portion of your eBay income.

eBay's policies are just too tough.

Describe it as if there are no pictures.
Take pictures as if there is no description.

I have used ShipSaver through Ebay for just over a year & have never had a problem. They also insure first class mail international parcels, which the USPS will not insure. I sell a lot of items overseas, so it has been great being able to ship items inexpensively via 1st class & under 4 pounds, with insurance. I have made three claims & got paid asap with no issues.

Also, ShipSaver includes the shipping fees in the total insured amount so you won't be out any money.

Have you made any claims with shipsaver? If so, how many? I heard one person got cut off with them after filing two claims. One claim was huge though.
