How about automatic 5 on shipping charges if you use EBay calculator?

If a seller does not charge any handling fees, shipping charges are actual cost per the EBay calculated shipping, shipping labels are printed through EBay, and refunds are given for any inaccurate weight estimates, there should be an automatic 5 DSR for reasonableness of shipping charges.

The only thing standing between me and the "above standard" rating is one buyer one time gave me a 1 rating on reasonableness of shipping charges. I charge actual shipping calculated by EBay calculator and no handling charges. All my other ratings for all other sales are 5's.

Doesn't seem fair that one mistaken person can hold me back for a year or until I get a lot more sales. How much more reasonable can you get than actual cost, which is verifiable by EBay?

Dear sscastoffs,

Thanks for your question.  In today's competitive ecommerce industry, free shipping is increasingly a standard buyer expectation.  In transactions where the seller does not offer free shipping we allow the buyer to express their view of the shipping costs.  We reward sellers who offer free shipping with an automatic 5 star DSR for shipping cost. I encourage you to explore offering free shipping so that you can be rewarded with an automatic 5 star score.

Sincerely,
