Dear Ebay Staff,

I have been a seller on Ebay for many years now and I am now

a proud Top Rated Seller.

I have invested alot of energy and funds in meeting and exceeding

the Top Rated Seller program requirements.

However to this day I haven't received a single cent of a discount

on my seller fees even though I understand that sellers in the Us

get up to 20% discounts on their seller fees.

 

Please let me know why there is such blunt discrimination between US and none US Top Rated Sellers and if there any plans to give the Top Rated Seller discounts to more countries in the future.

Uhm, I'm a top rated seller from Singapore and and have been getting my 20% FVF back since I qualified.

 

I think your seller ID need to be registered on Ebay.com (as opposed to Ebay UK or Ebay France etc) to qualify as this is a US site discount.

I'm curious, how will a foreign seller ship into the US and still meet the tracking requirements in order to get TRS in the US?   I've never received chinese mail with tracking, so I assume this means that in order for a chinese seller to get a TRS in the US now, you will have to ship 100% with a global company that provides tracking ,such as UPS or FedEx?
