Hi all! I am having trouble uploading a csv that will update my products with a custom label and UPC
Not sure why it isnt working ? im pretty postive that my spreadsheet is in the correct format Please help!
I checked the results report on your upload results page and it looks like there is an error regarding the ItemID. This is due to not having the cells formatted properly for the item numbers. What you will need to do is right click on the column letter (looks like it is C on your file) and then select Format Cells. In the window that opens, select Number on the left and then set the Decimal Places to zero and click OK. You can then save the file. It's best to upload the file without closing it to ensure the format doesn't revert back to Excel's default.

From the View Upload Results file, you are getting a restriction block on your account, preventing the revision.
For assistance with this, please click Customer Support at the top of the eBay website and then click Contact eBay Tab. From there, place your mouse on Selling and then click Listing Items. You can then click the Call Us link on the right to reach the department that can assist you with this issue.
