I'm receiving an error code of 21918005.  The message is Error - Category 173633 only accepts custom item specifics.|173633|.  I've tried tweaking my file file, but nothing seems to help.  Even files that I've successfully loaded previously in my File Exchange History will not load and return the same error.  Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

Were there recent changes?  Previously, I have had to remove A:Event, A:Venue, A:Event Date to be able to upload successfully.  I would then update the listings after they are uploaded.  I added those back in, but the best I could do was to receive this error:


Error - The value <New York Mets Philadelphia Phillies Citi Field 7/4/2012 > of type <Keywords> does not exist in our Catalog.|New York Mets Philadelphia Phillies Citi Field 7/4/2012|Keywords|

If trying to list this event manually, I can find it only by searching for "New York Mets Philadelphia Phillies Citi Field 7/4" I couldn't get that to work using file exchange...

Hi discountticketguy,

 

We have contacted the developers and they are in the process of updating the Ticket Template.  The issue is that the A: Item Specifics are being removed from the site and being replaced with Custom Item Specifics.

 

We suggest you change all your A: Headers to C: to see if that allows you to upload the file.
