Anyone else have any issues with file exchange dropping information?  The file I upload has all the relationship & relationship fields filled in with valid values.  However,  it seems 1 out of every 6 items the compatibility is missing.  Is it just a gliche?  Should I drop my file size to a smaller size? We are currently on standard business dsl we are getting T1 line in the next 2 weeks..maybe the slower internet connection is causing the information to drop?

Can you please post the Reference # of the File Exchange file you uploaded as well as the Item Numbers of the listings that don't show the correct information?

649556462 is reference #

320976842865 ebay item number is example of one without compatibility though it was loaded with it.

I reviewed the Load Results Report for Reference #649556462 and see the following warning message on line 124, which is the corresponding line for item #320976842865:

 

"Warning - One or more item compatibility combinations are invalid"

 

 The values look to be correct in your file, so this doesn't appear to be an issue with the File Exchange program directly.

 

 Unfortunately, we don't provide support for eBay Motors on this board, so we suggest that you reach out to eBay Motors support for direct assistance.
