Hi,

 

I am getting an error:

 

ErrorCode "21916711|21917121"

ErrorMessage "Warning - The Return Policy field Refund in the input has been ignored.|Refund||Warning - Condition is not applicable for this category.  The condition value submitted has been dropped.|"

 

My values are:

 

*ReturnsAcceptedOption=ReturnsAccepted

RefundOption=MoneyBack

ReturnsWithinOption=Days_14

ShippingCostPaidBy=Buyer

 

Some help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

 

I am getting an error:

Hi maxim_mitrokhin,

 

The reason you are seeing this warning is because the category number, 141154, isn't a valid category number.  Because the category is invalid, the system cannot recognize the Condition or Return Policy details of your file.

 

 

To view a comprehensive list of eBay's category numbers, please go to this link:

On this page, you will want to click on "Show Category numbers," and then "Show."  This will pull up the top categories of each subcategory.  You can click on the "See all XXXX categories" at the bottom of each main category to see the complete list of subcategories within that main category.

Thank you for your response. Following your instructions, the categories I need are:

 

Proof Sets/ Coins (#141151)

Pre-1970 (#141152)

1970s (#141153)

1980s (#141154)

1990s (#3409)

2000s (#141155)

 

In addition I used Turbo Lister export at the start, which has confirmed those numbers. However, as I had no return policies set up previously I could not export the settings. I am pretty sure I have followed the manual for each of the fields correctly.

Hi maxim_mitrokhin,

 

It looks like the category is a valid category, however that category doesn't make use of Condition which is why you are getting the warning regarding the condition. In regard to the warning regarding Refund, this is because the UK site does not use a RefundOption field. These two messages will not cause any problems with your listing though, they are just notifications to let you know that those fields won't be used.
