Can't seem to find a clear answer to this ?

Hello everyone, I am new to this board. Usually on "Clothing Shoes and Accesories".

I am wanting to list a few health and beauty products, since clothing is kind of between seasons now. I have listed a some today. Two of those hot roller sets, and some new, still in original box products.

I have several bottles of designer perfumes that I bought from and individual and I am not absolutely sure they are unused. Only one is in  a spray bottle, the rest are the dab on type. A couple have that applicator tip end on the lid.

I want to list them as a lot. I am almost sure the Gucci is unused as the bottle is full to the top. In fact all the bottles except two are full to the top.

The exceptions are Elizabeth Taylor Passion which is maybe 3/4 full and the Forever Elizabeth which is in the spray bottle and has some "air space". I understand spray perfume always has air space. Is this true?

I have tried to research if we are allowed to sell opened possibly used perfume and am not getting a real clear picture of whether it is allowed or not. I see that the spray would be allowed as it does not come in contact with the skin. How about the dabber type?

I am not familiar with designer perfumes at all, and don't plan on really getting into it. Maybe I should just bow out of trying to sell these.

Hi, sell them as a lot.

Just take clear pictures of each bottle standing up against a white background so your customers will know how much is left in the bottles.

You can sell used perfumes. Its used cosmetics you cannot sell.

Thanks, I was going to sell them as a lot, and the pictures I took clearly showed the level, except for one bottle which is opaque.

But I went ahead and listed them on a site where I knew I could sell partial bottles of perfume.

I am almost sure the only one that had any used out of it was the Elizabeth Taylor Passion.

thanks again
