Do you wear extensions have you purchased off ebay?

This is my first time really using ebay and as an avid extension wearer, I was really excited to see some really good deals.  I order a virgin malaysian body wave and was sent the wrong product. At first the communication was great, then it went downhill. I asked to exchange for what i ordered, returned the incorrect item and requested the correct order be overnight and I would pay.  It has been 48 hours and have not heard from the seller.  I have opened a case with ebay resolution.  Has this happened to you?  At this point, I just want a refund.  I have no product and they have my money. I also ordered additional hair from this seller, but had to do a seperate transaction because it wasnt offered on ebay.  Will that be covered under ebay protection? The seller said that the additional hair was shipped out a week after I paid.  But when I check the tracking, the shipping number cant be identified?  Any suggestions.  If it is not resolved by Friday, I will give you all the name on every discussion board for buyer beware.

Tiffany - is there an item number?  I don't see that you bought any extensions in your history.

Nothing that you purchase off eBay will be covered by any protection plan - generally not a good idea.

If you purchase is from China or Malaysia you can count on poor products, and problems galore.

Should you purchase something from there and file a SNAD claim - you will be required to return it (at your cost) which is most always MORE than the purchase price.

Bottom line is - don't buy from China unless you have money to lose.

ross3804 thanks for the heads up about purchasing from China...i purchased virgin malaysian body wave hair weave, and it was a domestic seller.  I am having the hardest time getting the seller to respond on if they will shipped out the correct order. Grant it only been a week since I ordered, but it doesnt take that long to get a package from Maryland.
