Hi, After 20 years of marriage it is tough to come up with a good birthday idea for my husband but this year I think I have one it's just finding the right table. He still likes building old model car kits from the 1960's and he doesn't have anywhere but his desk to do this at and it has a lot of papers and all that type of stuff on it. I went to a local auction today and got a really nice leather desk chair on rollers. This looks brand new so I was really happy with that. I am wanting to put the table upstairs and we live in a bungalow so it can't be a big piece of furniture. I would probably be best with a pre fab desk or table that I could put together up there. I found some at Target and Home Depot online but they are not available in stores. If it has a wood laminate top I will need to get glass or something for overtop of it or I am sure it will get ruined just because of what it is being used for. Does anyone have ideas for what would work? I only have about a week to get it. Thank You!!
