Should I give negative feedback about the buyer?

You can't.

As I said, "I'm a new seller".
Most of my "history" was buying.
I was obviously distracted by the fact that this is in International sale, from a brand new member, and didn't consider doing the, apparently, obvious.

sam9876, I see that you have a history of 11 buys/sales; but 51,782 posts. Are you an ebay representative?

Just asking.

Posting ID for the board's nuclear option. Said to be a lady but I believe she shaves with a chainsaw. Very sound on insurance though, if often brief to the point of gnomicity.

It is a strange phenomenon on eBay. Strange buyers from remote parts of the earth and zero feedback, buy your item and don't pay. They always create their account on the same day they buy your item but that is the last you will hear from them. All I can say is file an UPI case. They do this because they don't understand eBay rules and concepts and they are just pressing buttons at random. Of course they have no intention of buying your items. Others don't buy your items because they don't check the shipping costs until after the sale, then change their minds and disappear.

I just go burned 3 times by international buyers leaving negative feedback for no reason,, one guy said because shipping wasn't free so he left negative feedback, the other had to pay a customs charge and blamed me, the other bid on a non-international auction and when I canceled the transaction left negative feedback. No more international shipping for me. Don't waste your time on them, they can make all the false claims they can, and paypal will side with them.

#6, all avoidable problems, all badly handled. Poor international sales experience is largely due to poor selling.

I can buy your item and leave you bad feedback. Would it be fair-no, but I could do it. Feedback should go both ways like it did in the old days. So what to do, buy your item, and then you loose your 100% rating, see my point. get it.

I can explain how all your problems could have been avoided with forethought, but it may be a waste of time and anyway the information is available in other threads to those who care to take a look and see what works and how to avoid the snags.

But you also have negative feedback from a U.S. registered buyer. Why haven't you given up shipping within your own country?
