Customer stole a pair of shoes under ebay buyer protection

The customer filed a buyer protection case because I accidently sent them the wrong size, they got a full refund, and I gave them postage to send my shoes back, but they never did. They stole my shoes! A nice pair of black soccer shoes. When I called ebay customer service she joked about it, it was rude. I'm out my shoes and I can't even leave negative feedback, only positive.

Had something similar happen...
I sold a large ticket item, buyer wanted refund but refused to return goods. Ebay resolution center told her to return goods for a refund. She closed the case but then opened a case with PayPal via her CC and she got her full refund anyway. I was out my product, shipping fees, a chargeback fee, plus a PayPal fee. Ebay does not enforce this policy; buyers have loopholes and they know it.

Thinks will only get worse, with eBays anti-small-seller policies. Buyers are free to abuse the system with little recourse. Even the sleaziest buyer still has 100% feedback!!!!

Hay why go to store to do shop lifting when one can gets arrested and prosecuted when you can do it legally on ebay. and instead of getting arrested you are protected. Great opportunity. Ebay is very creative.
