Since Ebay is "Genuinely" interested in customer satisfaction...Why not prevent or block buyers from leaving Neutral or Negative Feedback without FIRST communicating with the seller...Sellers would be able to assist most buyers with any issues if given an opportunity. Current Feedback system is unfair to sellers.

I agree!! Negative fb without warning leaves sellers no options, especially since sellers can only leave positive fb for the buyer!
Also, there should be no negative feedback remaining after a refund has been given to the buyer! Refunds should block or erase any negative feedback left by the buyer.
