Should I just warn people in my listing? Does anyone know what the rules are about what can be shown in pictures?   I've never sold anything that had anyone naked in there before, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If I were you I wouln't sxplicitly say it had nude scenes. That is just asking for trouble. Just say your trailer is from the original theatrical version rated R. Movies with R ratings are sold all the time on Ebay. It was not released as an X like Midnight Cowboy and some others that came out around that time.

Thanks for the advice - I'm going to edit my listing right now.  I didn't even think about the rated "R" movies - you're totally right.
