Can anyone help me determine if this key ring is original, vintage, or a repro?

I suspect it is a vintage reproduction but don't know for sure.

It is brass, with a replaced stainless ring.  50mm diameter.  It reads, incusely:

"Fox International Lot 4 Hollywood, CA"
