Question about old Movie Photos

H guys and gals,

erecently got a stack of neat old movie photos and trying to ID as much as I can.

I noticed a lot have a number in the bottom corner.

Right now looking at a photo with Melvin Douglas, but not sure which movie.

The # is 919-127

I understand the 919 is some sort of consecutive number by the studio and the 127 is #127 in a series of photos of that movie.

 

Anyway... is there any kind of database for these #s to help me ID the movie and other photos of which I have no info at all?
