My eBay Page that shows views/watchers..where ??

Hi folks, The only way I can find the page that shows counts for both page views/watchers on My eBay is by accident...usually it pops up after I have relisted items from auctions to the store. I have clicked on everything from the My eBay page menu and can't find it, have been looking off and on for weeks....any idea where it is hiding, I know it exists! :) Thanks!

Presuming you're not using Selling Manager:

Click on Active under Sell on the left in My eBay.

Thanks, but that screen just shows the watchers... I had one up that had page views/watchers at the top, one number under the other for each listing, in the same column that the watchers number is on the active screen??? It does appear that I'm using Selling Manager, or at least the menu column says Selling Manager, but I'm not paying a premium. I'd think I'm nuts but I know I saw the screen last night after relisting stuff into the store, and I've seen it before too. Any other ideas? :)

Hi thebooklady

The Views/Watchers page is part of basic My eBay - so you have to get out of Selling Manager to find it. Try this: down in the Shortcuts section, there is a link labeled All Selling.

Click on that. now the options on the left should NOT say Selling Manager. Now click on Active under Sell.

Then to get back to the Selling Manager view, on the Account tab, click on Selling Manager or Summary.

Thanks, but that screen just shows the watchers...

There's a little button (I think it's marked "refresh") at the top of the column and you must click it to see both views and watchers.

Yep - but that's after one actually gets to the page that has that icon. Getting there if you have Selling Manager is a bit of a trial.

Guess it's good that I don't use Selling Manager. Is it an Ebay thing?

Yes, Selling Manager is an eBay thing. It's just that they haven't made the crossover from the new function into the old Selling Manager transparent.
