i need help , a bought a watch off here less than 6 montths ago and its broken and is unable to get fixed i cannot remember my sellers ID is there anyways i can view my order from 6 months ago ?

I would like to see what I sold for the past three years not what I bought. It would save a lot of time to bring up an old listing and be able to relist or edit it. Even one year back would be an improvement over the measely 60 days we now have. thanks for listening.

How do you retrieve the information?

There is actually a way to see information for a bit longer, but it is not direct... and depending on how many purchases you make, it may not be easy.

Go to your feedback page.  If you know about when you made the purchase, you can click on items purchased within that time frame.  You can "view item" and see the original data and transaction details, including tracking information.

Anything over 90 days will be noted as not available, but there is another "back door".  Use the item listing number to search and you can pull up the original listing description.

This is mid July and I have been able to pull up history on purchases made in Feb of this year using this method.

I was exporing the web to try and find a program that would allow me to download all of my purchase info. I just started selling on ebay and have been using turbo lister fo my selling but would like to have all of my purchase history available too. This thread is pretty old but I thought you might still be in this department and could communicate what you concluded from your research or at least let add me to the research or direct me to someone that can help.

I too want to be able to do this.  This thread is 2 years old and nothing has changed at eBay.  (???)

Doesn't Auctiva save ebay listings for much longer? I'm not using Auctiva right now but if my memory serves me right they gave a Save Ended Auctions option.

Definitely want to see past items that did not sell. I would like  to relist a lot of them but I do not do so immediately if they do not sell.

To avoid re-photoing and retyping the entire item, it would make this process much simpler for Sellers to select and repost. Saves me time and ebay would get more fees.

Right now I am in the process of getting ready to post again (after the summer vacation) and I usually start by reposting items that didn't sell in the Spring, just to beef up my store.  

Ebay you are losing income by deleting unsold items after 60 days. I sell antiques and collectibles and not all buyers are out there all the time...

Many times I relist unsold items to have them sell at a later date at a higher price...go figure!!!.

eBay's Archive for each person goes back a couple of years.  General completed search goes back 15 days, with a few category exceptions going back to 60 days.

Can one see the entire listing past the 60 days/90 days including description/pictures in terapeak?

was wondering what happened to the old templates that I saved for future use. It has been a while since I sold anything, but I wanted to be able to use some of those old templates? Is there somewhere that I need to access or are they gone?
