Won - Paid - Refunded - Now What?

I purchased an item (picture) in mid October and paid immediately via Paypal. A number of days later the seller contacted me and said the item had been damaged, and he could not find a substitute. We agreed that my money would be refunded through Paypal. All went well, however, now this transaction shows up on My Ebay as one awaiting payment. I don't want this permanently on my record showing that I did not pay for an item I won. Any ideas?

The same sort of thing happened to me also. Bought an item w/ quantity listed a 2 left, but by the time I used BIN, the seller was out. They refunded and we left FB for each other. We also filed for a mutual cancellation. A few days later I received the same warning. It kept showing up for 60 days then went away.

A seller cannot see the alert, when checking FB. Even UPIs do not show up. Just bear with, and it will go away.

A few points:

- My eBay can only display "pay" and "paid" - it doesn't have an entry for "refunded"

- The transaction is over, finished, done. It doesn't need to stay in My eBay. That's why they have a Delete button.

- The reminders/warnings are based on what is in My eBay at the moment. Ergo, if you delete the listing, you won't be reminded to pay it anymore.
