You have a question to answer - you have NO items for sale?

Why is it that after answering an ASQ, it continues to show in My Ebay that I have a question to answer and when I click to go to the item to answer the question (because I think it might be another question), it then says you have NO items for sale and all the numbers on the left sold for active, sold, unsold are wacky? This has been going on for quite some time, possible before the new My Ebay. Does Ebay EVER fix anything?

I have this problem all the time, almost every day.

I have to hit the refresh key each time I go onto My Ebay and it resets it. Its a pain in the butt, but it seems to help.

Yeah, its been doing that ever since the new My Ebay page appeared. I reported it to the usual lack of response.

Totally freaked me out the first time when it said I had no items for sale. I was out of my seat and swearing like a sailor, honest to God.

Yes, I did. Just the layout of the page makes me think it will be ignored. They ask for the error message I'm receiving, which of course isn't really an error message. And I guess I answered my other question about whether Ebay ever fixes anything as the list of "known technical issues we are working on" is from 2007 and 2008. I guess maybe that's part of JD's 3 year plan?

Well, if it makes you feel any better, and it won't...neither JD, nor any of his minions, has ever responded to a single one of my/our 100+ mailed letters. No emails, no phone calls...nothing. We could have tossed our letters to the wind, saving the cost of the 44¢ stamps.

What 3-year plan? It had better not have anything to do with him thinking he can collect his golden parachute. Ah...perhaps it is his 3-year plan to completely decimate the original concept of eBay?
