I recently had a problem getting paid for an item, so I filed to advise of this. The item that wasn,t paid for, is a pair of tickets to a football game. The bidder made there bid several days before the auction ended, and the tickets were for a game the day after the auction ended. I offer to meet with the winning bidder or deliver the tickets myself, but that failed to get a reply. About a 5-7 day period passed, and I contact someone in CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and explained the problem. The female individual was very difficult to understand. I,m guessing she was from Sri Lanka, or maybe LA, When I re-explained the situation, she advised me at least 3 times to put my tickets on e-bay again. Finally after many attempts on my part she finally got that the tickets had no value any longer, and advised me that I was S O L. I now see I can,t even rip the buyer on feedback. I live in the the PHX area and have seen some of your new facilities/ E-BAY, PAY-PAL, and it seems you are doing quite well. I think you need real CUSTOMER SUPPORT people on your staff. Jim
