Personally, I'm too frugal to pay for what I could get for free. The less expenses I have, the more goes in my pockets. I've left my part time job for ebay (well not exactly, got the flu and got suspended for it, and just never went back), but my hubby suggested I give this a full time go. I've recouped the lost income and then some, but it is a full time job.
I just signed up with Auctivia. They are having a 30 free trial right now, so if you want to see if it "fits" your needs without having to invest anything, go for it. I use Turbo Lister. Its very utilitarian and a little buggy, but it does what I need it to do.
What I would do if I were you, is drop any mention of handling costs and feedback in your listings. They are buyer turn offs. Buyers don't care that you have expenses and if your using anything but stealth postage, you run the risk of having them feel overcharged with shipping costs and ding your stars. Feedback is a voluntary system and being that buyers can only get positives, its kinda moot for them anyway.
Also, the cost of insurance can no longer be requested by the buyer or tacked on at the end of sale. Its now the responsibility of the seller to purchase at their discretion. I'm sure Honda will come by with a link, but you can search the insurance policies in the help pages.
