New seller with paypal question/problem HELP

Two sellers paid via paypal and my ebay account shows that they paid. In paypal however, my payments received screen is just blank. Not "pending" not "on hold" just blank. Is this normal? please help!

I'm assuming you meant that you received payment from two buyers?? The first thing I would do is contact Paypal and let them know exactly whats going on and make sure there is no problems on there end and ask for there advice on what they think you should do. I would also contact a representative by phone since they sometimes take forever to respond via their message system and it is way easier to communicate. They also take a way more active role this way where as they are more passive and less helpful through the message system (from my personal experience). If you don't know how to find the contact info to call, after you log into your Paypal account go to the bottom of the screen and click on the contact us link, and then go to the speak to us link. Hope this helps

Look in your history Screen. You could of entered the wrong date or year in your search of payments received.

Also you can look at the order details in the Ebay side. There you will fine a link to paypal for the payment details.

If the buyer has paid using PayPal and the payment doesn't show in your PayPal account activity or history page, the payment was sent to an email address which is not linked to your PayPal account.

You may have misspelled your PayPal email address in the payments section of your eBay listing or you may have used an old email address. To check this, click on the "Relist" link for that item and look in the payments section for the PayPal email address.

If you have access to that email address, login to your PayPal account and "Add" the email address to your account. The payment will show up right after you confirm the email address.

If you do not have access to that email address, you will need to ask the buyer to cancel the payment and resend the payment to your correct email address. Send the buyer a PayPal invoice (Request Money) from your PayPal account to make it easier for the buyer to pay.
