On Sunday 9/18/05, due to a separate third-party issue, a one-time processing error resulted in a small number of users being debited a second time for older transactions initiated by the user on or around 9/8 or 9/9. Since the debit card charge can take up to 3 days to complete, the original transaction would have been completed on 9/15. If you were affected by this issue, the duplicate charge would have appeared again on 9/18 for the same amount.
We are currently working to reverse all of these duplicate transactions and we will post an update once we receive any additional information.
