I wanted to share some good news. This issue has been resolved!
We worked with our third-party processor to complete credits for the transactions initiated on 9/8 or 9/9, completed on 9/15 and debited a second time on 9/18.
Please let me know if you have not been credited for these specific transactions.
I apologize for any frustration and confusion and appreciate your patience while this matter was resolved.
