Contact the buyer... maybe the buyer didn't recognize the payment on their credit card statement. Well Sandy, i did contact the buyer through the ebay transaction earlier today and also contacted her from my hotmail, to her email address listed on paypal. I was very polite and suggested maybe she forgot she had made the purchase. She responded to my email. I found it odd she answered me at all if it were a scam. She stated that she was confused, but totally remembered buying the item. She acted clueless about the chargeback, and asked me "oh, so i still owe you money?" I found that odd. I explained to her NO, your credit card company is trying to take the money back from me. She states, oh, that’s odd my credit company would do something like that, again acting clueless. She said she would clear it up and close the claim, but she still has not. I have to wonder if perhaps it was a younger person, maybe using their parent’s paypal account or something like that. I don’t know, but she has yet to close the claim, and totally remembers making the purchase. Isn’t that odd? I did provide tracking to paypal, but I also know if paypal gets hit by the credit company, they will not take the fall, I will.
