You need online viewable proof of delivery to win an INR (Item Not Received) claim. The PayPal Seller Protection Policy explains what is required... go here...

https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/marketingweb?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/UserAgreement_full&locale.x=en_US#11.%20Protection%20For%20Sellers

to read the Seller Protection Policy.

And this morning you were here to tell us all how you closed your paypal account.
There sure is BS here
This is EXACTLY why paypal needs to hold funds, you are the poster boy for the cause

I can't wait to read the replies from people defending your actions

Paypal held funds in my account because of a transaction a buyer claims he never got. Thats BS.

When you prove to PayPal that the buyer got it, they will release the hold. It's very simple.

You are correct, their is no presumption of seller innocence with PP.

To paraphrase Blackstone's Ratio, the jurist, not the magician, "It is better than ten scammers escape than one innocent buyer suffer.":^O

As they should!

I'm sorry that you got your funds held but on the other side, I'm glad that the system is in place for the times when buyers don't receive their items or when buyers claim that they didn't receive the item.

Didn't you get online viewable proof? It's not like it's hard to do.
Next time be smart, this is the basic stuff.

630 feedback too..wow

And now let’s talk hypothetically about SNADs? And while we’re at it lets talk about shipping out of the country where tracking and delivery confirmation isn’t available.

Sorry .. OP was talking about a INR claim.

Now shipping out of the country...well that problem is fixed really easy....

DON'T SHIP OUT OF THE COUNTRY.

What wonder one can learn from reading the Paypal user agreement and the USPS site
