Anyone else having problems accessing Auctiva?

I have been listing items tonight with no problems. Just logged back on and cannot access the Auctiva site. Are they doing some updating or having issues?

In checked out the Auctiva forums, and I haven't seen any complaints on this issue.

Every time there is a wide-spread issue with Auctiva, there is always a topic or two about it in the Auctiva Community forums.

Are you still having trouble?

Yes, I am having problems. I'm trying to pay this seller who goes through Auctiva and my ebay site said it'd direct me to the auctiva site and when it finally gets going it says that this page no longer exists or is under a different name. How am I suppose to pay? I don't want any negative feedback.

im having same issue , trying to pay someone who uses auctiva for their pay proccess and when i go to pay it comes up with error about the page not being there .

Note that sellers can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers, so you don't have to worry about anything in that area.

I would contact the seller and let them know of your difficulties.

I got the free month access and that is all I have been able to do. It tells me my username and password is not correct and I get no where. Then also, I was in the help (support) and was there for 5 hours waiting for help...it never came. I left another message (5x) and told them...."I'm still waiting".....still waiting.....still waiting and to be honest about it, it has not worked right at all and I am still waiting. I love the media they give you. I'm on Ebay and I love watching my stuff run under items....looks good...but the site is a mess...and they will not talk to you by phone about the problems. Bad service/ good product.

Auctivia ia not supposed to pay your people....you are using auctivia as a means to show your product. They are ripping you off if you pay them. With Ebay, Paypal is the money holder-payout people. Auctivia's website is so messed up it is pitiful. Be glad if they didn't take your money, they aren't supposed to Contact PayPal and do you money through them...they too, belong to EBAY...Auctivia is just a program that those guys put together and the only thing that seems to work is the viewer they let you use.
