I can't get any of the photos you have uploaded to appear when visiting your page:
Link and I'm not sure it would help if I could as it appears the publishing tool provided to you only creates flash content which would not reveal the locations (URLs) of any photos used in the pages. There's even a possibility that they couldn't be accessed directly. In any case we have no idea where they are stored.
I suggest you cut and run. Go to:

To everyone else reading this. As best I can figure, Time Warner Roadrunner offers two options to members for migrating their hosted files when service using existing hosting was canceled. roadrunner.com or home.rr.com
Rick chose the roadrunner.com service which is more traditional hosting supporting FTP uploads and direct access to files and photos. Bob chose home.rr.com which as you've read here seems to use a flash interface and produce web pages entirely consisting of flash content.
