Would like a recommendation for a photo flash program

Does anyone have a recommendation for a photo program that flashes your pix creating a fast vision, when you click on a listing all the photos flash, then they are still. Thank you for your help. Cydney

not sure what a fast vision is
Do you mean just an image that flashes on and off?

Do you have a link to an example you are talking about?
