Searches for "Elgin" items are being cluttered by sellers listing memorabilia from "Elgin" AFB. There is no Elgin AFB. It is Eglin AFB. I ran a search including both "Eglin" and "Elgin" and 27 out of 144 returns were misspelled "Elgin." Some of the returns had nothing to do with the Air Force Base, so the percentage of misspellings is even higher than it initially appears. These sellers are not going to have their items come up in searches for Eglin AFB items. A word to the wise: be VERY careful of exact spellings in your item descriptions. Otherwise, transposed letters and misspellings will make you items impossible to find for people who may be looking for them. Buy a dictionary. Look it up. Google it. Get it right. This is incredibly important.
