Guide Feature Isn't Working

I've noticed that I can't create a guide and I've looked at the most recently created guides by others and the last one dates from the 14th october. Is eBay closing the guides feature down?

Hi,
I can't find my guide in my ebay, although I can find it thru ebay search. ??? No one is visiting it like they used to, either. I wonder if anyone knows???

I can't even find the page where my list of Active/Inactive Guides lives. Where is that found now?

I enabled Shortcuts to the My Ebay page and found the Reviews & Guides tab.

I had deleted or made inactive all but 2 of my Reviews and Guides. The 2 I left up were those that had won a few years ago in the Reviews & Guides Contest. However, they're gone, too!

I am showing a 0-0 count for Reviews & Guides, with none inactive.
