Help Stylebuilt Matson Accessories

I need help, I found a seller thru a search engine, but could not get thru with my browser, and then I did a search here and she is not here, this is my problem, I just sold a large stylebuilt Perfume Bottle, and I just received an email today from the buyer stating that the vial is missing, what vial? I have had it for years, and what you see in my listing is what I have had, please anyone tell me what is missing with this bottle. It sold last week.
