Help with Guide

Hi. I need to know where I go to edit my guide. I've looked but can't find anywhere where I can do that. And also, do I need to use HTML to separate paragraphs in my guide? Right now it's all just one big block and the enter button worked when I made the guide but then it came out as one big paragraph. Thanks.

This will give a list of all of your guides. Chick the HTML link "Edit my Guide"
