Please, people do not report in a review that you received a bootleg or that you can't review the product because you didn't receive it. The reviews are suppose to be about how you feel about that movie, game, book, tv show, or whatever can be reviewed. It is NOT suppose to be a complaint that you didn't receive it or there is something wrong that is where E-Bay comes in with buyer protection. If you file a report of some knid (INR or SNAD) they will probably help you get your money back. The 1 stars that I see are usually not against what people are trying to order, but against the seller and that throws off the score. Hey, I'm just trying to get the word out and now I look at the reviews of DVDs I am selling and report the ones that are complaints about sellers to E-Bay which will hopefully get rid of them.
