1 & 2's are now treated differently than 3,4,5's DSR's

Every 1 or 2 DSR you get, even from the same buyer in the same week are now counted against you.

While 3,4,5's are counted only once from a buyer in a calendar week.

Where did all your 1 and 2's come from overnight?

eBay went back and changed the playing field. Just like they did with neutral Feedback.

This happened a few weeks ago. And all the 3s and 4s count too.

Hey OP, the 1's and 2's count against you as a percentage of your WHOLE sales history. Not just those who leave feedback.
So 3's 4's and 5's ... and even unleft feedback is counted towards your 'good' transactions.

The 3,4 and 5's are NOT being counted the same way.

They are being counted like Feedback. One per buyer per week.

Can you cite something to back this up? My understanding is that all FB and DSRs count the same.

No so. Percentage with a maximum number of 2 or 3, total.

One buyer buys 3 items and leaves you three 4's and three 1's.

Only one of the four 4's will count in your score, but all three 1's will be counted.

Only one of the four 4's will count in your score, but all three 1's will be counted.

You are comparing apples and oranges.
Your SCORE is determined by only counting DSRs left.

The numbers of 1's and 2's used for determining your status is a percentage of you total sales volume.

Yes it happened to me on my selling account, so I asked CS.

Then I emailed Griff.

Dissatisfaction counts more than satisfaction!

Who beleived eBay would make neutrals into negatives?

That is just flat out wrong.

Go look at your dashboard:. Maximum % or Maximum Low Ratings.

Read the announcement, it's not Low DSR's as a percentage alone.

Turkey, I wish I was.

I couldn't believe it either. Putting so much power in a buyers hand.

But as I said, I emailed Griff.

I was not expecting the answer I got.

I was hoping I had read it wrong and when others on the PS board were saying 1 & 2's just showed up on their Dashboard over night without new Feedback, I started checking into it.

Is your only source Griff? Did he give you this information in an email? Is it posted on the boards somewhere?

As I read the Help pages, I'm seeing that they're referring to "occurrences" of 1's and 2's AND percentages. It's both not OR.
