Is this a known issue? I could not find any other threads about this issue. I have two accounts, and on both feedback is being left automatically about 80% of the time. The rest of the time I have to leave feedback manually. This has been an issue for a couple of weeks at least, and seems to be getting worse. I let it ago assuming ebay was working on the problem, but now I'm beginning to wonder. Anyone else having this problem?
