I sent a buyer the wrong item. He said he'd return it. I said "Let me know the postage." THEN, The buyer decides I am holding the item HE won hostage until I get the item he DIDN't win back, whis is sort of true. So, HE opens a case against me, saying he no longer wants HIS item. He demands a refund. eBay gives him one BEFORE I GOT THE ITEM BACK. Now, he is blackmailing me, saying that if I don't send him a Money Order for $50 he won't send the item back anymore. This is extortion. I have called Ebay. They say he hasn't broken any of Ebay's rules yet. What he is doing is ILLEGAL, but it is not against Ebay policy. WHAT? The KILLER is he's using Ebays own message service to blackmail me. It's all there! So, he stole the rightful buyers item ( that I sent him by mistake), he got his money back on HIS item, and He has the $10.50 I sent him to pay the postage for sending back the item he is keeping. What can I DO? This is INSANE!
